- In June 2021 Unik commenced with the mass Earthworks of the power block area, mirror fields followed by the construction of internal roads, construction of temporary works as well as buildings in the power block area

Klein D'Aria Earthworks
- This is a R2 million Bulk Earthwork Project situated in Durbanville just off Jip de Jager Drive. The scope of work was to clear the site, cut to stockpile 6000m3 of material and cut to spoil off site 14000m3 of material.

Val de Vie Levendal
- This project includes the construction of 3 sections of main road within the Val de Vie Estate which connect all precincts and join into the new Bergrivier Gate house on west side of Bergrivier. Levendal Spine Access = 1200m including New Bridge / Spine.

Moshupa Sanitation Scheme
- Constructing 220km of sewage reticulation pipework consisting of both gravity and vacuum sewers inclusive of manholes, collection chambers and inspection pipes, as well as the construction of 12km of sewer pumping mains.
